I can't remember for sure but i think this was my first attempt at gluten free cinnamon rolls. As most of you know i follow The Baking Beauties blog pretty religiously and of course this recipe came from there. This guys were really delicious even though i didn't have one when they were fresh out of the oven. I made then too close to supper time so i practiced what tiny amount of self control i have and waited for dessert. The only downfall to them was that i found they got pretty dry after a couple of days. I guess it just means you have to eat them sooner or invite company over the day you make them. Next time!
