A few weekends ago, Grant & I decided to take a last minute trip down to Seattle for the night. So we packed up our car as full as we could (travelling with a young child requires waaaay too many things) and made our way to the fantastical Grand Hyatt! We scored a smoking good deal on priceline.com for our last minute mini-vaca and were pleasantly surprised when the Hyatt jumped on our offer. For those of you who don't understand how priceline works, sorry, i am not explaining it now. With a gift card that we'd been dying to use (thanks P&E) we had a scrumptious dinner at PF Changs, which was only a short stroll from our hotel. With a missed afternoon nap for our Nolan, we weren't sure how an evening out at a noisy restaurant would turn out but we were pleasantly surprised that he only screamed his head off...once or twice ;) Between his "sucky", a lemon wedge and my camera bag, we were golden and able to enjoy every yummy minute!
