We had the privilege to host and be hosted this Thanksgiving weekend. We had our family up from Seattle for a non-traditional dinner on Saturday night. I must say it was delicious and our bellies were indeed full and satisfied. Our evening ended with a dip in the tub and some last night dessert. I'm pretty sure that night was the latest I've stayed up (voluntarily) since Nolan was born. It was really great to make the most of their visit.

On Monday our food friends invited us over for a big turkey and all the trimmings. I was so excited to eat the 20lb bird that was slow roasted for 14hrs!!! OH MY GOODNESS...the meat melted in my mouth!
